To create an account, follow these instructions after you are directed to the Create Account webpage.
Click Sign Up which is located below the “Sign In” button. Complete the sign in process by providing your full name, creating a username, creating a password, and selecting a security question and the associated answer.
Next, you are directed to select your notification method. We recommend an email address and cellphone number. Note: If you would like to receive text messages and a phone call, you will need to enter your cell phone in both notification fields.
Click the checkbox to accept the terms then click “Create Account.”
