Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport (OAK) will temporarily close sections of Taxiway B to conduct required airfield striping July 13–16, July 18, August 25–27.

During these closures, aircraft will not be able to taxi between the North and South Fields. As a result, most jet departures will operate from the North Field, which may cause increased aircraft noise in neighboring communities.

The Port of Oakland appreciates the public’s patience and understanding as these important maintenance activities are completed and apologizes for any inconvenience this work may cause.
