Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport (OAK) will temporarily close portions of Taxiway B to complete necessary striping repairs Monday, July 13, through Thursday, July 16, and Monday, Aug. 24, through Wednesday, Aug. 26.
During these periods, aircraft will not be able to taxi between the North and South Fields. As a result, jet departures will primarily occur from the North Field, which may lead to noticeable increases in aircraft noise for nearby communities.
